In a dispute, every side has a preferred number. A legal dispute appraisal is a formal, written opinion of value prepared under USPAP. We do not take sides. Whether we are hired by one party, several parties, or an attorney, our analysis and conclusion stay the same. We never promise a value.

Can you appraise a property as of a past date? Yes. We can prepare a retrospective appraisal as of the date your attorney specifies.

Can both sides use the same appraisal? Yes. Some parties agree on one neutral appraiser to save cost and reduce conflict.

Will you favor the party who hired you? No. Our appraisals are impartial and USPAP-compliant, no matter who orders them.
