Estimates from different sources can use different methods and produce values that are hard to compare. Each of our appraisals is a formal, written opinion of value prepared under USPAP, with the same careful approach applied to every property. We never promise a value.

2. Schedule inspections and coordinate access with owners or tenants.
3. Research comparable sales and market conditions for each property.
4. Deliver written reports, usually within 5 business days of each inspection.

Can you appraise all the properties as of the same date? Yes. We can use one effective date across the portfolio when the assignment requires it.

Do you need access to occupied rentals? Usually, yes. We will work with you to coordinate access with tenants.

Will the values be adjusted to meet a target? No. Our appraisals are impartial and USPAP-compliant, no matter who orders them.
